“I bought carpets. I found the sales people to ge really friendly and helpful. The price was competitive and the fitters were great. There was an issue with a mark on one of the carpets when it arrived (due to factory not Anderson’s) but a replacement was ordered straight away and it was no issue. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Did not purchase reason being the salesman at flooring department was inattentive and not interested if he got my trade. I asked him to show me similar samples of flooring and he said there wasn’t any 🤷🏻‍♀️ Knowing full well there was other samples he couldn’t be bothered to help Very disappointed .”

“Anderson`s sales have knowledgeable staff who readily give advice and assistance about their products which allowed me to make choices on floorcoverings, furniture and wallpaper. When fitting and delivery was due the department responsible kept me informed and helped to identify suitable dates which were adhered to. One floor covering required minor attention after fitting and this was remedied with no fuss”
