“Pleased with the items I ordered , the bath bombs are a lovely size and smelt really good , the bouquets of flowers looked really nice but were smaller than I thought they were going to be . I ordered a soap cutter and 2 soap loafs , the strawberry soap was much darker than in the photos but the raspberry compote loaf looked and smelt fantastic . The hare &salt soap flower boxes looked really nice and are a really good size. Delivery was very quick and good communication of arrival time”

“Ancient Wisdom great to deal with but APC a nightmare.They email to say they have attempted delivery when they haven't.Items arrive late with broken boxes.”

“This is a very long time before the goods are ready for shipment from warehouse. (eu warehouse). There were always a few broken goods (eu warehouse). Incorrect quantities, or missing quantities (eu warehouse). Very good communication and problem solving (eu and GB warehouse).”

“received my first order a few days ago and very happy with everything, a couple of items said out of stock but they still have them on for sale .My own fault but I thought the first order bonus was for big retail companies if I had read and understood it I would have ordered the £100 worth of stock .Other than that im very happy and will use again”
