“I cannot recommend Alpenglow enough. They gave me the time and patience I needed to coordinate a trip of 8 people from 3 different continents (and time zones). They were knowledgable about resorts, chalet locations and tips on what would best suit our group. Special thanks to Steve who did all this leg work and constantly followed up with me. Booking ski trips can be exasperating and he made all the pain of this disappear. I wish I had found these guys earlier. All that's left to do now is look forward to our ski holiday knowing we're in great hands! Thanks Alpenglow”

“Matt was very very helpful and knowledgable in respect of the variety of chalet options available for a smaller group. I only wish I had initially contacted Alpenglow and spoken to Matt before spending a significant number of hours looking at the various options. Nothing was too much trouble, the level of service provided can only be described as excellent and the final chalet chosen looks amazing. Alpenglow will be the first call when booking for 2018 season and I have no hesitation in recommending the service. It can only be described as first class. Will review chalet once visited”

“Call these guys and talk through what you are looking for. They were very knowledgeable, especially all being Skiers/Snowboarder themselves. They knew the locations and switched on straight away to what I was looking for. Easy and straight forward to deal with, called me back when they said they would and provided the information quickly and easily, all in all a much nicer experience than dealing with larger companies. Really looking forward to my trip. Thanks Alpenglow.”

“I was searching for a catered chalet on several websites. Steve Church at Alpenglow replied to my unusual needs immediately and with a great welcoming tone. He worked with me to find exactly what we needed (not the normal dates or length of stay and a big group of people) and he had incredible patience and good humour throughout the planning stage. He found the perfect chalet for us, helped organise the right dates and a superb price. Even though we have only communicated via email, he feels like a friend. I would definitely use Alpenglow again.”

“Matt was very knowledgeable about the product and the resort in question. Despite several changes to our group makeup at the last minute he was able to fit us in to a great deal at a reasonable price ( quite difficult in ValD'isere high season.) We will probably take him up on his offer to provide other services such as transfers . Happy to recommend this company to anyone on their way to the Alps. Thanks Matt Sam Tullis”

“Aplenglow where very helpful in finding us the right chalet for our group. They responded well to a change in the number of guests and kept us up to date on chalet availability when we had to wait for confirmation that all of us could make the trip. They understood that it's not easy to get agreement from a number of people and didn't pressure us to make a decision.”

“Very helpful service. Great knowledge of ski resorts/chalets. Excellent communication and loads of chalets on the books to choose from. Previously, I have used lots of different agents for booking chalets, this was by far the best experience. I would use Alpenglow again.”

“We've had the best experience booking our holiday with Alpenglow. They've been super-helpful in providing detailed first-hand descriptions of the chalets and resorts, plus additional information and recommendations about ski hire and so on. They even worked on a Sunday to ensure we secured the best deal possible. They aren't a hard-sell ski company; instead, as an independent company, they provide a very personal and honest service. I would have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone wanting to book a skiing holiday.”

“From the very first contact until the booking confirmation the service we received from both Matt and Steve was excellent. Steve guided me through all the options available to a group with non-skiers and experts! He discussed the best location for our group and found us accommodation that was spot on. “I was very impressed with how friendly and mostly how efficient Alpenglow staff were. They listened to what I required in a ski holiday for 6 adults and found a good deal immediately, after I had spent days trawling the Internet. The service received was very efficient and I will use this company again to find my ski holidays”
