I was searching for a catered chalet on several websites. Steve Church at Alpenglow replied to my unusual needs immediately and with a great welcoming tone. He worked with me to find exactly what we needed (not the normal dates or length of stay and a big group of people) and he had incredible patience and good humour throughout the planning stage. He found the perfect chalet for us, helped organise the right dates and a superb price. Even though we have only communicated via email, he feels like a friend. I would definitely use Alpenglow again.
