“Matt is knowledgeable and has good advice about the resorts and hotels. However, for us, booking through this company introduced uncertainty and complications and several times we were left in the dark about arrangements. My calls and emails were ignored for a while, prompting our concerns that the company is a scam. I believe that this reflects the small size of the company, which therefore lacks resilience, but does give a personal service when they are being attentive. Therefore, although we had a great trip in the end I would not recommend or use again.”
