Aplenglow where very helpful in finding us the right chalet for our group. They responded well to a change in the number of guests and kept us up to date on chalet availability when we had to wait for confirmation that all of us could make the trip. They understood that it's not easy to get agreement from a number of people and didn't pressure us to make a decision.
