“Very helpful team member at your office - Steve - spoke to me at length on the phone about last minute options. Only thing that I'd suggest to improve - he didn't offer the option to hold a booking for an hour while I consulted with my husband, I didn't think to ask and we missed one opportunity, which I think would have been better for us than the one we booked, although we had a great holiday! Plus your website is super clear and easy to navigate.”
