“This is the first time I have booked with Alpenglow but it won't be the last. Matt was extremely helpful looking at numerous options and answering all of my questions through out the booking process, because we are a group of five it was quite a drawn out process throughout the weekend as I had to keep the other members of the group informed of the different options but he answered any queries they had promptly. Very happy.”

“Great offers available, really nice looking chalets. Also good advice on which resorts to consider and a great choice of options were presented for me and my party to consider. “Matt was a delight to deal with - he made himself readily available and was very accommodating to our changing plans. Very smooth booking process and good knowledge of resorts and practicalities. A real plus was Matt's respect for our preferences - we've all been with companies who offer you locations you don't want or prices way above your budget. This did not happen with alpenglow and i was very impressed with their professionalism throughout. Thank you for a great holiday!”

“I was very impressed with the contact with the company. Matt from Alpenglow was easy to contact on the phone and answered emails quickly. No problems at all. Additionally when we had trouble finding the chalet on the Sunday evening Matt was available to contact and made a lot of effort to help. NB We stayed at Chalet Stardust in Morzine - it was very hard to find as it is actually called Chalet Chez Nous and apparently only branded chalet Stardust for the winter season online.”
