“Purchased Psrs 970 in may 2017.Transaction handled by Jessica,first class. Small problem developed,returned Keyboard on Monday last,e-mail from Emma Tuesday,problem solved,Keyboard being returned Thursday.Now that IS SERVICE. Superb customer relations,and most especially Jessica, the company are privileged to have this class lady as an employee.Thank you all at Allegro. Dermot Hegarty”

“Unfortunately I was unable to get the item that I wanted due to limited stocks. I wasn't willing to wait the 3 weeks+ for stocks to come in so I asked for a refund. The sales teams were very understanding and offered to refund me straight away to enable me to purchase elsewhere. I've also been to the store in Chelmsford and, again, have met with a great sales team who took time to help me purchase an instrument within my budget. I really enjoy going to the store (thanks Pat, Keith & Steve in the Guitar dept on Saturday 2 Sept 17). I look forward to visiting again very soon.”

“When was last in there I had fantastic customer service. I spent a lot of money and I was helped with getting all the gear in the car. I was also offered a long warranty and everyone was very polite despite being so busy”

“Answered query prior to purchase very promptly then very easy to order online. Ordered over a bank holiday so sent an email asking to clarify delivery date and reply was immediate. Arrived far sooner than I expected. Overall very pleased with service and the item bought - and Allegro were one of the few dealers in the UK I could get this product.”
