“Allegro Music’s website was easy to navigate and had all information that I needed to make a decision. The item was in stock and posted quickly. We were emailed with order updates and tracking info. The instrument was packaged well and courier was on time. Very pleased 😀”

“I bought an ex-demo Bohemian guitar and hard case from an offer displayed on the Allegro Music website. Next day my order was confirmed and payment taken even though the ex-demo guitar was now sold and the hard case out of stock. After a couple of calls with customer service I swapped for a full price guitar - without the case offer. Customer service was very efficient. The ex-display model is still shown as being available as is the half price hard case offer. I would suggest that the website could and should be updated more frequently to avoid other customers suffering the same disappointment.”

“Allegro were one of a few stockists of the instrument I wanted. Ordering was easy and product was well packaged. Despatch was longer than indicated but I was kept informed. Poor performance by the courier, but Allegro offered support. Pleased with product and would happily recommend”

“Well pleased purchased a Yamaha PSR s770 after seeking most excellent advice from "Emma" who was very helpful with a most engaging friendly manner. the keyboard arrived when stated in a sealed from manufactures box, unfortunately we encounted a small hardware fault with the keyboard Contacted Allegro They (Emma) swung into action and with the help of Chris in the warehouse we received a replacement (perfect) the next working day.. What can I say EXCELLENT 5star service from EXCELLENT 5star people Emma and Chris many thanks Allegro we will be back”

“I enjoyed the range of instruments available and the good prices also. My one critique is that it didn't inform me that delivery cost to Northern Ireland is £7 until after I had purchased my Ukulele and I received an email telling me it wouldn't be dispatched until I had paid the money.”
