“In January 2019 I tried to buy a Tyros2 from Allegro's web site only to receive an email which said sorry it had been sold. The email included an offer for a Tyros3 at a modest amount more than the Tyros2. Being concerned about its condition, whether it had warranty and also requiring a stand, stool and dust cover I phoned Allegro and spoke Ben Maskell who was informative and very helpful. Ben assured me that the keyboard was in excellent condition, had a two year warranty and that he would include the additional items within the quoted price. All items were delivered less than a week later by the local store van. The keyboard was in excellent condition, as new, the bass speaker had a few scratchers and the user manual dog eared but readable. The two years warranty was in fact three years. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be signing up for some Allegro lessons in the not to distant future.”

“Our experiences in the Allegro shops have all been very positive. Staff are always helpful, even if they cannot supply what we want! Some years ago, we bought a Yamaha keyboard from you for installation in a church. We soon discovered that the keyboard output was not suitable for the church PA system. We contacted Allegro and upgraded to a more suitable keyboard. The staff delivered the new keyboard to the church and helped set it up to our satisfaction, and took the old one away. We thought this was service beyond what we might have expected.”

“Purchasing from Allegro Music was a very pleasant experience all the way through with the staff being both friendly and courteous. It was a part exchange deal and the staff showed a good level of knowledge on both my old Yamaha Tyros-5 and its replacement the Yamaha Genos. The part exchange price was very competitive with other dealers and the exchange delivery/collection service was fast and very easy. Many thanks.”

“A very simple purchase from start to finish. I phoned to seek advice and finalise my choice of keyboard. I was phoned back with a best price or deal, In this case an extra year’s warranty. I was pleased with the offer and immediately paid by card. The keyboard was delivered a few days later as promised and I was able to track it accurately resulting in minimal inconvenience. Very happy with keyboard. Worth the money without doubt. Thanks again!”

“Bought a set of strings for gold tone bass. Suposed to be in stock but not for some reason. Very helpful though, offered to refund or wait. I was not in a hurry so waited. Arrived few days ago. So overall a company that keeps you informed which is very important for customer retention.”

“I found the Allegro Website the easiest to negotiate of all the ones I looked at while looking for a Keyboard. When I spoke to Ben he was very informative and reassuring, his product knowledge was excellent and when he said he would look into my request and phone me back he did exactly that. The finance application was straightforward and with an almost instant reply. Other staff I spoke to were also very helpful and for that reason I will return to Allegro Music for any future requirements.”
