“I found the Allegro Website the easiest to negotiate of all the ones I looked at while looking for a Keyboard. When I spoke to Ben he was very informative and reassuring, his product knowledge was excellent and when he said he would look into my request and phone me back he did exactly that. The finance application was straightforward and with an almost instant reply. Other staff I spoke to were also very helpful and for that reason I will return to Allegro Music for any future requirements.”

“Purchased a Bass guitar for my sons Birthday from Allegro Music, as it was his first instrument and I have little knowledge of Bass guitars, I put myself in their hands for expert advice. Excellent service and demonstration, they understood that I wanted an entry level instrument and did not try to push a more expensive sale. Very helpful staff, and very cool shop to browse an awesome collection of guitars.”

“Everything seemed great and went smoothly in the choice and purchasing. Had an email soon after the order to say that it would be delivered within 2-4 working days, which was great! Unfortunately that was Monday. It’s now Saturday and I’m disappointed to say that it hasn’t arrived within its time frame, as it was the main present for my sons Birthday tomorrow.”
