“I phoned twice to Portsmouth branch spoke to a male and a female. Both were extremely helpful in both situations, I have also visited your shop there and again everyone bright and cheerful and very helpful. The fact I live in Essex my son lives in fareham, it's so nice to know if I'm trying to arrange a surprise or something to be delivered to him, I can trust you to do it to the letter. Customer Service quite rare these days. Thank you”

“Purchased 2 pairs of trail shoes, payment was quick easy & painless and delivery was speedy too so much so they arrived the following day so got to run them in. I did however had to return one pair of trainers, nothing wrong with them just too small in size, returns was simple enough all though had to pay for return postage think it would be good if you could return for free say maybe using the Collect+ service, but to be fair all in all a good service will definatley be using their site again.
