“I booked in for the shoe fitting service. It was very thorough and started on time. I was given plenty of time and attention. I was given good options for shoes after the analysis and successfully purchased a new pair of running shoes. The price of the shoes was very reasonable as I checked online for comparison after buying them. Very happy.”

“Excellent service. The technical equipment used for the assessment allowed me to review my high-pressure points and provided a greater insight into my gait. Jim was professional and knowledgeable and also patient; as I discussed the many different types of trainers available. Thank you for your assistance and I will return and recommend your services. Thank you Jim”

“Found them on line searching for a particular make and model of trainers as I overpronate. The only place that had my size and width. Easy to use website, order quickly processed and prompt delivery. Very happy with the service.”

“Amazing service very professional, although I never received my gait analysis via email, but this could have easily been a mistake. 10/10”

“Am an overpronator so need maximum support in my trainers. Was introduced to Brooks shoes by a specialist running shop after assessment on a treadmill and, being happy with their trainers, was looking for a Brooks Addiction Walker which is more of an off road shoe. Looking on the internet Alexandra Sports was the only company that came up stocking my size and width (even the manufacturer was out of stock). Easy to use website, no mark up on price despite limited availability elsewhere, prompt delivery, very happy with product and service from this company. Will be first port of call when looking for replacement.”

“The service received from Sam was first class. If the trainers and orthotics turn out to be half as good as the service I will be exceptionally happy.”

“Overdue visit - I should have done this about a year ago. Went online and booked an appointment. They have all the right tools for the job which checks every facet of your feet (and results can be emailed to you if reqd). From that I was offered a choice of trainers which I was able to try on in store, compare and pick the best for the job. Amazing service and stock. No pressure selling. Thank you Alexandra Sports.”
