“David was fantastic! He explained all aspects of the scan to me and was obviously very knowledgeable about what trainers I needed! Trainers passed the test ! First pain free run in 8 weeks. Very happy 😃”

“It’s valuable having the gait analysis to inform the choice of shoes. Assistant (young chap, Christchurch) is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shoe prices are very keen, and choice good - it is the go to shop for my club, and I’m happy to recommend it.”

Helpful Report

“Was recommended by my physio to come to Alexandra sports. Best piece of advice I’ve been given. Service was great. Obviously knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I’ve now been wearing my walking trainers for almost a week and they are so comfortable. The in sole has made a huge difference. Even better the price was really reasonable.”

“Whenever I am looking for any sports-related clothes or running shoes I can always find them at Alexandra Sports at a reasonable price and a quick delivery.”

Helpful Report

“Visited shop for new running trainers. Pre booked Gait Analysis. Great service and pleased with new shoes😁”

Helpful Report

“Good shoes at a standard price. Absent from this experience was any sense of customer care. Past purchases (which is why I come here) came with care that it was the right shoe, the fit was good and was offered the chance of a short run tho that effect. Hoping this experience was a one-off.”

Helpful Report

“The shoes I purchased seem good but I would have liked the sales assistant to be able to explain more about the different types, soles, materials etc. I didn't feel confident that they were exactly the correct shoe for my needs. Apparently I should have asked for dawn!”

Helpful Report

“I was very impressed with the young lady that served me. I was early for my appointment but that was not a problem as the shop was not busy. I did not feel pressured to buy the trainers that were offered so the young lady is ordering me some more from a different make as I need a wide fit. I look forward to returning to Alexandra Sports and now I know there is parking available which makes life easier”

“Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable- the worry of having to use orthotics and find footwear suitable for work was taken away by the patient and knowledgeable staff. Thank you”

“Amazing service. I brought along my old trainers. I have gone through the toe. But the shoe still had a few months tread. I was shown patches that would allow me to still use my old trainers. But I decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair so I am prepared when the old pair was done with. The process, advice and service was amazing. Very happy.”
