“I booked in for an appointment due to suffering with heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I met with Emily who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Emily walked me through a full assessment and showed me why I was experiencing pain, how my arches had fallen and that my feet aren’t evenly distributing weight when I walk. She explained in detail how we can improve the issues with custom made insoles. Emily went above & beyond and even sent me home with some temporary insoles to help whilst I await mine to arrive! Absolutely fantastic service, a 10/10 experience.”
