“Absolutely shocking and terrible service. I ordered a 7 seater vehicle they sent me 6 seater. We got stuck in the luggage in the pax numbers & ended up having luggage on our laps. Sent a complaint by email so to ensure my return is with the proper ordered vehicle, in 24 hours some lady replied, saying that she forwarded the issue to the concerned department and they will reply to me in two weeks!!. I have paid €400 for the return transport, extra hundred euro from the 6seater to 7seater, non-rep replied at the time while in the airport and they left me hanging. I do not advise to use this company, absolutely terrible.”

“I’ve used this service twice and both times the driver has been excellent. He communicated with me while coming to pick up my group. He was professional and his car was neat and tidy. He knew the streets of New York and got us to the airport on time.”

“Taxi driver and car was great. It was a little chaotic trying to find the company outside the terminal and then we had to have a 1015 minute wait for the car not very well signed Post for the company as a customer but great driver thank you very much. It’s a long transfer to plays mujeras just as a note 1 Hour traffic.”

“Our driver Gil was polite and a fast but careful driver. he was not in the hall when we arrived but appeared within a few minutes . The MPV was very comfortable with plenty of space for our bags and lots of legroom. an excellent service and we would recommend.The booking service was quick and it was easy to make an adjustment.”
