“The company did a great job with communication and was quick to fix an error I made in not realizing our cruise ship docked in a different port than the one I'd arranged for our early morning pick up to the airport. The driver quickly came to the correct port and got us to the airport on time. Great service!”

“Easy to book, chaotic trying to find your name when making it through arrivals. Driver got frustrated and cross due to traffic congestion. Vehicle not the best. Driver dropped us off at wrong place, decided to walk to where we were meant to be staying 200m with luggage rather than get back into the taxi.”

“I was left stranded at the airport and had to pay for an emergency ride from the airport in Santo Domingo to puerto plata. I had also previously booked a return from the resort to the airport and was told that a driver would be there. Not to my surprise no one showed up and despite best efforts by myself and the resort to contact the driver he wouldn’t answer his phone. Was left scrambling again for emergency transportation so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Ended up paying an additional 550USD on emergency rides. Still waiting on a refund”

“When we arrived in Dubai we found the operator easily but were then ushered off to a car park and waited over 30 mins for the vehicle & driver to be assigned. the vehicle then had a spare wheel in the boot which made it difficult to get all the luggaed in, even though we pre booked a larger vhicle due to golf clubs. The return journey was excellent - on time, nice vehicle, plenty of room so a much better experience”
