“Easy pickup process, driver was at airport arrival and had our names on welcome sign visible. Drive from Airport to Niseko was comfortable and driver was very safe even during heavy snow at night time driving. Vehicle was very comfortable.”

“What’s the point of reserving a transfer in advance if it takes more than half an hour to show up? And considering it’s also more expensive that a normal cab / Grab / Uber would have cost us.”

“Made a booking online on Tuesday paid received a pending reservation number but still waiting for confirmation three days later . Have tried emailing this morning but still no response just wondering whether they should give up and contact the hotel to book something through them very concerned now that I have looked at the awful recent reviews perhaps the company is no longer in business .”

“Unfulfilled return journey due to traffic. We were given 30 minutes warning to our pick up time and had to source a different company at a far higher cost. The difference was not compensated. No help provided by the company to source this alternative.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Would never book again. Our flight was very delayed. The telephone number they give you for emergencies doesn’t work. We filled in the online form to amend our pick up time but didn’t even get a response presumably because it was within 24 hours. No refund. They just leave you stranded.”

“The drivers for both our journeys (to and from Heathrow Airport) were excellent. They were both exactly on time, and the communication from the company to let us know the details were very good. Very happy with the service, and I'd definitely use it again”

“Drivers are always a minimum of half an hour late. The emergency numbers provided do not work and if you have a flight or meeting to catch please consider using public transport as it is much more reliable than this service.”

“This service is defective, unsafe, and violent. I felt genuinely at risk while using it. No one should have to worry about their safety when using a service like this. The lack of basic safety standards and accountability is unacceptable. I am already filing formal complaints with NYC311 and reporting this across every platform available. Until this company takes real responsibility and fixes these serious issues, I strongly advise people to stay away.”

“The car smelled of cigarettes. The driver climbed into our seat with his shoes to fix something in the back of the luggage. He was playing loud music. He stopped at the last minute at traffic lights. He had his window open all the way.Even though I had mentioned which ship we were coming on, he called me and asked me the name of the ship and where we were because the GPS take him somewhere else.The company informed us that 20% of the amount would be refunded, but in recent days it has not responded to emails.”
