“Spot on service. Great communication from the minute we booked with very clear guidance on where to go and meet the driver. Our flight was delayed but still waited and was very friendly and calm picking us up. The drive itself was fine, it was 1.5hrs and our driver was talking to us and answering any questions we had about Malaysia. Great service would definitely use them again!”

“One Star is a gross exaggeration! Save yourself and book elsewhere. I booked a driver to take me from Haneda to my home at 2pm arrival. I have a sprained knee. I arrived ontime and then waited 3 hrs after, on the phone with persons that barely spoke English and hung up on me 2x. They said they told the driver the wrong arrival number, and then lied and told me the driver was there - I asked for car description, driver name, lic plate # so that I could find the driver and they could not tell me this info - scary... They have no service recovery plan, meaning you are own your own if the driver is a no show.”

“Used them for Bangkok it was a really busy day at airport. Efficient great communication. 1/2 the price of hotel transfer! Did the best they could in heavy Bangkok traffic!”
