“I had the impression this was a dedicated fleet. Instead it seems to be a person arranging car service. The driver to the airport was a professional. But the pick up from the airport was frustrating. I expected the driver to be waiting for me, instead I had to figure out where to wait and it took a while.”

“I booked transport from Midtown Manhattan to JFK. The transfer was seamless and I arrived at the airport stress free in about 45 minutes. The total trip cost $78. I am totally happy with the service. I will definitely be booking Airports Taxi Transfers for my next trip to New York City to and from the airport”

“From making the rsv online, paying online after choosing the vehicle and entering all the information required it was a breeze. At the airport our luggage was delayed being taken off the plane (about 45 mins) and the driver was in constant communication with me. It was a great experience and the perfect start to our vacation!”

“Fantastic service. We received a WhatsApp when we landed and the driver was waiting near the coffee stall as we walked through arrivals into the concourse. Nice friendly driver got us to our hotel in Prague in 30 mins we have booked a return to the airport 👍”

“Do not use! Booked a luxury transfer from Rome airport as we were getting in late. They forgot to arrange our transfer then told us to walk to the next terminal where the guy at the desk had never heard of us. Ended up in a taxi thanks to the people at COTAV but will never book through this company again. Tried contacting them for a refund and been completely ghosted.”

“Booked this taxi service in advance for pick up at Honolulu airport for transport to hotel. After a long day of flying this was just what I wanted. A fixed rate paid up front. The driver contacted me via WhatsApp while I was waiting for my first flight, with his name and photo of himself and his car. Pick up was prompt and easy, lots of people were waiting around for their ride shares they had arranged as they arrived. I was on my way to my hotel in a lovely clean spacious vehicle with a polite safe driver. Booking process was easy, done unhurried at home days before my trip. I’m not accustomed to ride shares so this was perfect for me. Highly recommend”
