“I booked the day before my flight after I had to make a last-minute switch of travel plan because of extreme heat. Booking was slightly confused about exact terminal address at Gatwick. But basically easy. Price was obviously not cheap but very fair. Communications on the morning of pick-up were very good and driver arrived on time. Helpful, friendly, a very good journey. I would certainly use this service again.”

“Great service, clear communication, waiting where they said they would be. Incredibly luxurious vehicle. Helpful conversation with a good understanding of English. 3Pax from Narita to Shinjuku made this a really economical and time saving option. Would definitely use them again.”

“We would definitely sit this company again , our flight was delayed and we managed to talk them with no problems and driver rang us to say ring when we was in baggage, he was there in pick us up . Both drivers were polite and on time and speaking to them on phone was no issue. Definitely use this company again”
