“Easy to book. Reasonable price! Driver was there to meet us at airport even though flight was early. Very helpful, friendly drivers. Assisted with luggage which included mobility scooter and a child’s buggy. Lovely 8 seater van , in great condition, and with requested child seats. Also booked return journey . Would thoroughly recommend booking in Crete , which is where we used them.”

“When we arrived at the airport the driver wasn’t there to meet us. I called the number given and the driver turned up 5 mins later. The driver was friendly and took us to the hotel with no problems and was very polite. On returning I text day before to confirm the pick up and got text back. The driver turned up when they said and again was very polite and courteous dropping us off at the airport. Overall I would recommend and would use their service again.”

“The service texted me and communicated very well. However, the driver was not waiting at the exit with the other drivers that had signs. In fact, they called to tell me they were going to be late.. first it was 15 minutes, then another 8, then it actually ended up being about 45 in total. We could have just taken a cab. It was very frustrating after an exhausting day of traveling with children halfway across the world and no sleep. Would not use again.”

On each occasion the service e has been excellent - from initial booking which has been easy and speedy online to collection at the airport. The drivers have been very professional, friendly and always on time and the vehicles have been very comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“Very good service, though I arrived late driver contacted me so I was reassured. Very good and comfortable drive. Only problem was that it wasn't too easy to find the driver..he didn't come to meet me or have a sign, so we needed to speak on the phone. Luckily I speak French!”

“Absolutely shocking service, I had to cancel my booking at short notice due to a family emergency and had to fly to Newcastle instead, when I requested cancelation was told sorry non refundable so I asked ok can you do a transfer to Newcastle to my parents address and not response. They did not even inform the driver from the original booking and left him to come and pick me up. It is only due to me sending messages he knew I was not arriving, has he been paid for his time as I have paid for the full fare.”

“Booking was easy But the waiting at destination airport was too long as they were waiting for more and more people to arrive. After he asked us to follow him, he was walking very fast and disappeared in the crowed. Wasn’t easy to follow him to the place where taxis were coming, you had to navigate your luggage around too many people and moving cars just to keep up with him and at times I had to run. Not easy”
