“Delivery hard work every time. Items never left first time even though farm is well away from the road and plenty of buildings. Always have to contact DPD with clear instructions to leave in any shed - then they leave it at the farmhouse! Happens everytime.”

Hi Robert, Unfortunately we do not offer a Next Day delivery service, at present as we cannot guarantee this service with the couriers. We offer a Same Day Despatch, which means that orders received before 2pm will be collected on the same working day, or the next day for orders after 2pm, by the courier, and then delivered within one to two days. I can see that your order was placed initially on bank holiday Monday, and processed and despatched the next working day, Tuesday. According to the courier tracking this was then delivered on the Thursday, within the 48 hour delivery window we aim for. I am sorry if there was any confusion at the point of order as to the delivery services we currently offer, and I will consult with the web team to ensure this is clearly explained on the website. “purchased some ad-blue in February when I went to use it there is a date on top 25-11 20. emailed to check if it is out of date, no reply, emailed again asking for a reply. Nothing, won't use again or recommend.!!!”

Hi Tony, I am very sorry for the lack of communication on this one. Could you call us on 01778 591225 to discuss, as we have not received any emails to this effect and would like to double check where they may have been going in case of technical errors? I can however confirm that the date on the ad-blue is a batch manufactured date, not a use by date, and they have a three year shelf life thereafter. Many thanks, The Customer Service Team

Unfortunately the courier had some delays in transporting the goods, so while they were dispatched on the same day as order they took longer than anticipated to arrive with you.
