About Agri-linc:

We are a family business who have been farming in our home county of Lincolnshire since 1924 and agricultural machinery dealers since 1974. Now continued by the 3rd and 4th generations we established the new trading name in 2010 as Agri-Linc, allowing us to become a recognised leading supplier of agricultural equipment across the globe. Our stock includes; cultivation equipment, disc harrows, drills, bale handling equipment, ploughs, spreaders, sprayers, tractors and agricultural trailers.

Delivery communication was awful, in fact unacceptable, I felt lied to, i paid £350 to be misled. i phoned continuously from the time i expected delivery every 15 minutes for 2 hours before i got the facts. what was supposed to be a 3 oclock delivery on a bank holiday friday turned out to be 6 oclock. it was the not knowing which was the issue, from he will be there any minute, to he has just left, i will have to call you back etc. the journey time is just over a hour, so the lorry was noy even loaded when i was told he will be with you soon. Not good.

Very disappointed, been ordered and payed for 10 days ago and not been delivered. Very poor service.

Thank you for your review John I can see this review was the first we were aware of the issue. This order was processed on Monday 1st and despatched on Wednesday the 3rd. Normally delivery is made within 3-4 day on our pallet courier. Unfortunately the courier has had a delay and we were unaware, so thank you for raising this with us. We have attempted to contact you today to update you further, leaving you a message and look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Poor Communication on delivery time was not made aware that you were buying through a third-party and when I phoned and asked for a delivery time is told don't know but you already had my money so it's too late to go back.

Thank you for the feedback Steven I am sorry when you called you were not given an update on delivery, this is something we will continue to improve on. With multiple depots, some despatches can be sent direct, and thus delivery ETA can take time to acquire. We are pleased you now have your goods and hope to deal with you again and allow us to demonstrate that we are the Linc you can Trust.
Bought countersunk bolts, for wearedge, on a load all bucket, and they don’t come with the nuts, required, more sense if they specify this, than giving you a bag of Haribo sweets, which went straight in the bin….🤬🤬

I purchased a small amount of spares for my Moore Unidrill using your Summer/Autumn 2023 catalogue. The gentleman I dealt with over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable but when I received the invoice I had been charged more than what your catalogue states. My secretary rang your office to query it and was told the catalogue was out of date. Have your dust caps (PA301265) gone up from £1.50 each to £3.94 each in a few weeks? I need to fit new discs and coulters for my drill this winter, I hope I don't get treated like this again.

When the catalogue was sent to print all prices were current and correct, due to huge volatility in raw material prices and availability our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices can be found online and at the time of ordering can be requested from our sales team. Once again sorry for the inconvenience this has cause.
Within a very short time in one area the pipe bubbled and split. Please replace.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review, I am aware you have called to chase this and can see goods have been despatched and are on there way to you. I am sorry that on this occasion you have been let down, and as a customer service team we are tracking your order closely. Please accept our apologises on this occasion.
The goods didnt arrive after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Unfortunately this reflects on your business although you dont control the transport. Couriers are under too much pressure to deliver items and in the countryside they are not interested in finding addresses.

Thank you for your review Mr Hayes, Looking into this I can see this came out with DPD and that we were in contact with you to provide an accurate What3Words pin point, and this issue then resulting in a request to cancel your order due to late delivery. I am sorry on this occasion that the delivery failed and would suggest downloading the DPD app so an image can be uploaded of your property to assist with future deliveries.
Nothing wrong with service only you screwed me on the price i bought the simba shaft at £255.78 then you sent in the next day in my cart it was £ 192.72

Why do you’ send out invoices every day. We try and use your store regularly . Sadly shelf space is taken up by electric fencing, Childress toys. It would be far more appropriate for us to have pipe fittings for crop sprayers, standard sized bearings, Good stock of grinding disks. A stock of some hydraulic oil would be far more beneficial than tractors trailers for 3 year olds. A weekly or monthly invoice would be preferable to a sea of emails with individual daily invoices.

Thank you for your review Philip, I have spoken with the accounts team to ensure as a company you receive your invoices once a week going forward. We hope that this resolves the amount of paperwork you are receiving. And unfortunately we are unable due to space to stock a variety of lines however we endeavour to get items out on direct shipments within 24-48 hours, and are continuing to asses the lines we have physical stock of.
emailed parts order Sept 5th, 2nd order sept 6th Phoned on Fri 9th 3pm ref the order, you confirmed the order was received, would investigate and get back to me. Phoned mon 12th ref order, you would phone back within 1/2 hour. Due to having 2 machines down I dispatched a man, from Bucks at 11am to collect parts available. Not impressed

After three attempts have bought bolts from a vaderstad dealer. Don’t really understand why you supply parts . I have three delivery’s of bolts which will stay in there boxes going to waste as they fit nothing on site.

We have recetly bought a Barfird dump trailer from you and are very disappointed with it! Both of the tipper rams have failed on different occasions leaving us without a serviceable trailer also the pins on the tipper rams are undersized and bending. I have asked for a maintenancemanual but not received one. The latest problem is that one of the air brake actuators is leaking, continually. Could you replace this please? I also bought a yard scraper which I have not yet used which I am now worried about!

I purchased an acrobat wheel rake listed as new on the website. When it turned up there was paint missing and grass fragments in nooks on the machine. Perhaps used for a demo? This was explained by the fact that the machines sit in a grass field before delivery. Not sure if I buy that but give benefit of the doubt. At least just give it a clean and perhaps touch up the paint before it heads out? There were also some parts missing which were dispatched fairly quickly. I raised these issues and was given a £50 credit. I appreciate the gesture but I was disappointed in the principle of supplying something that is shop soiled at best, described as “New”. I also asked if it might be possible to have a can of paint sent out to touch up the scratched areas, but heard nothing back except eventually this email asking me to leave a review, so here it is. I have previously dealt with Agri Linc as myself and on behalf of another business where I purchased a machine costing 5 figures. However I will be unlikely to consider them again. Perhaps it is a case of get what you pay for, but to me this machine wasn’t particularly cheap at £995 + VAT

Thank you for your review Adam, A case was raised for this when we were made aware of the issue, we apologised for the condition and this led to our website having an update to make customers aware that paintwork may be imperfect due to outside storage. An update was also given to explain that we were unable to provide any paint for touch-up and an agreement for a credit to be issued for £60 in compensation.
One of the products I received turned up damaged I’ve emailed to try and get it resolved and had no reply.
