Hi Robert, As discussed on the phone, unfortunately the third party courier we use for these deliveries has experienced some delays with their delivery service. I have contacted them and they assure me that they are doing their best to work their way through the backlog. I am monitoring this personally on a daily basis and I will update you as soon as I have any progress. I have requested a full refund for the carriage paid on your order by way of apology.
