“Ordered a Bale spike and paid for 11/11/21 on 6 week lead time was told I would receive w/c 20/12/21. I have chased repeatedly to be told it was shipped but cant give me the tracking number. As of 08/01/22 still no bale spike. Communication has been very poor.”
