About Agri-linc:

We are a family business who have been farming in our home county of Lincolnshire since 1924 and agricultural machinery dealers since 1974. Now continued by the 3rd and 4th generations we established the new trading name in 2010 as Agri-Linc, allowing us to become a recognised leading supplier of agricultural equipment across the globe. Our stock includes; cultivation equipment, disc harrows, drills, bale handling equipment, ploughs, spreaders, sprayers, tractors and agricultural trailers.

Never had any problems with previous orders fast efficient service. However disappointed with last order when only the puncture patches were delivered & no vulcanising fluid which had also bee ordered .

Fast delivery of product. Bit disappointed that had I looked at there ebay shop I would have got free delivery for what would have fitted in an envelope and not been charged nearly £10.

Stock a great selection of cultivation parts and ordering fairly simple on the telephone .However I always find delivery a slow issue and often in bits even though a high delivery price is charged.Farming depends on timelines of getting work done and when held up for parts this is a problem and response on the telephone is poor Agrilinc let themselves down outhouse issues

Thank you for your review, we are glad that you appreciate our selection of stock and the process being simple to order. I can see that you have a customer service case raised with us on this yesterday, which we informed you at the time of a system outage for a few hours where we were unable to provide tracking updates. Once we were able we kept you as up to date as possible through the process and are chasing with the courier to get that update on the delivery to you. As you can understanding we ship from multiple locations to ensure goods arrive in the quickest time possible, delays would be incurred if all stock had to be sent from one location, and it is my understanding that it is only part of the order you are chasing. If you require any further updates you can always contact us, otherwise as soon as we have a development we will be contacting you to update. All customer service is dealt with inhouse by our dedicated tea between 8am and 4.45pm.
Easy to order, the weight adds to the cost of delivery but otherwise very content with the service. No doubt I will look to use Agri-Linc in the future.

points ok but bolts wrong size and cannot get someone to get hold of point and match the bolts to the points.these bolts fit points far bigger than the ones I ordered..mike

Good afternoon Mike Thank you for your review, we are aware of your issue and have a case raised for you. As agreed we will be in contact next week on Monday to get this resolved, when you are back and available from your holiday. A stock check has been carried out in the meantime and an email sent to offer an alternative bolt. We would hope that once we have spoken to you further and a resolution agreed on that your overall review would be of a positive nature.
Can’t fault the service or quality of product but the carriage charges are ridiculous which makes it unviable to it much from you I’m afraid

Thank you for your feedback Iain, Customers always have the option to collect from us so to save on the carriage charge, however I can see that distance-wise this would also not be viable for you unfortunately. Actually we have a promotion running at the moment - if you spend £1000 online this month (in one order) we will give you free carriage on all unlimited subsequent online orders for the rest of 2024. You tried but I wanted to speak to Peter Gilder at Thaxted and got someone at Bourne no good to me i farm in Dunmow !!!!!

Machine was clearly not the one in picture on your site However it was what was required. The point on the front right hand leg was loose on examination it was a spurious Kramp part no 34060851KR , I can not find any details on the shin . The bottom part fitted but the upper shin would not fit correctly as the holes did not align . Fortunatly I had purchased a set of wearing parts to put in stock , from yourselves therefore I was able to put the correct point on . Not quite the treatment or quality expects from reputable dealers . With Regards Robert Lockhart

Thank you for your review John, I can see from your order that there was a delay as some of the goods were due into us a day or so after your order on the 12th, and then despatched on the 16th and delivered on the 17th. We are sorry for the delay in the goods being despatched and hope that you return to order again soon.
Unfortunately The sub soiler leg’s weren’t the same size as the original ones on my machine. They also came with out any holes drilled in them.

Good Morning, Mr Sands I have taken a look at this delivery and can see you have a customer service case raised with us. The original order came out to you direct from the supplier and they have apologised for the delay in getting the correct item out to you. They have informed us that this has now been despatched and should be delivered to you by the end of the week. If you have any further questions then please let us know.
I would really appreciate input from a local rep when possible to initiate workings of the machine. The hand book is limited in information.

Delivery hard work every time. Items never left first time even though farm is well away from the road and plenty of buildings. Always have to contact DPD with clear instructions to leave in any shed - then they leave it at the farmhouse! Happens everytime.

Next day delivery doesn't appear to be any better than normal delivery for the extra cost.

Hi Robert, Unfortunately we do not offer a Next Day delivery service, at present as we cannot guarantee this service with the couriers. We offer a Same Day Despatch, which means that orders received before 2pm will be collected on the same working day, or the next day for orders after 2pm, by the courier, and then delivered within one to two days. I can see that your order was placed initially on bank holiday Monday, and processed and despatched the next working day, Tuesday. According to the courier tracking this was then delivered on the Thursday, within the 48 hour delivery window we aim for. I am sorry if there was any confusion at the point of order as to the delivery services we currently offer, and I will consult with the web team to ensure this is clearly explained on the website. Stock was not available when first expected but to be fair I was kept in the loop until delevery was arranged.
