“If I could give 0 stars I would! It took exactly one full month from making contact with you to receiving my sumo parts. The staff were however very polite and did seem to be trying to help, but I still had a machine down for a month at the busiest time of year. Not impressed at all. Not sure if it was your fault or sumo. Either way rubbish service”
