We are a family business who have been farming in our home county of Lincolnshire since 1924 and agricultural machinery dealers since 1974. Now continued by the 3rd and 4th generations we established the new trading name in 2010 as Agri-Linc, allowing us to become a recognised leading supplier of agricultural equipment across the globe. Our stock includes; cultivation equipment, disc harrows, drills, bale handling equipment, ploughs, spreaders, sprayers, tractors and agricultural trailers.

Extremely poor support from the supplier, parts missing on delivery and two months after purchase they still haven’t arrived. Very disappointing, would recommend this company

Good morning Douglas We apologise for the slow speed as this can be down to internet connections if the reception and bandwidth is poor in particular places especially in rural areas. The website has recently been re-created on the very latest ecommerce platform and our web developers are continuing to improve the performance and speed as we seek to provide a hassle-free experience. We value your comments and appreciate your business and trust it has improved for you on your next visit.
My dad ordered some cultivator points and the nuts and bolts to fit them. I’m sure whoever reads this will know farming is all rain, sun, rain, sun so when you get that dry spell you need to be cracking on so I’ve got ready to fit the points to my surprise you remembered to put in out of date sweets but forgot the only thing you need to actually fit the points the nuts and bolts so cheers for that 👍

Thank you for your review Max I can see this review was the first we were aware of the issue. This order was processed on Friday 14th and the fixings were from a separate warehouse. Normally we would not expect DPD to deliver the points until Monday, but, without paying anything extra for a Saturday delivery, you got them on Saturday (2 days early!) How cool is that :)! Unfortunately that meant the fixings were a little behind, but they got delivered on Monday which is what we would expect. The Free Sweets we sent - now we have checked the batch that they came from and all of the packets on that batch have a May 2025 date on them. We have tried to get hold of you a few times this week to try and verify this as we do take your allegation seriously, but, as we cant get hold of you we will have to assume that on closer inspection the date was all fine. Enjoy the sweets and happy cultivating!

Thank you for your review Julian, I can see that you ordered goods and paid for them 07.11.2022, unfortunately when sent out on DPD there was an issue with the delivery. This was raised with our Customer Service Team and replacement goods were sent out via TNT 10.11.2022 and delivered 11.11.2022. Subsoil tips are good but the roll pins just slip in and because they are so badly made. Why do you make them so narrow?

I feel that £15.00 for postage of a short length of plastic tube is exhorbitant.

Had to repeatedly ask for the invoices, when sent they only sent half then couldn’t get one items paid for on back order. Don’t think I’ll use again.

Thank you for your review Richard. Unfortunately, invoices can only be produced once items have been dispatched and for goods on backorder, this can result in a delay. We are aware of the 2-3 week delay on the paint and when informed led to you cancelling the item off your order and a refund was then processed. We hope that you could give us another chance in the future.
Twice now i have received orders were despite the ticket showing all the parts of the order are present they have not been.

We paid for extra delivery never heard anything from them. We had to make phone call still haven't received money for extra payment.

Hi Derek, I am sorry about the delays in your delivery. Unfortunately the courier had some delays in transporting the goods, so while they were dispatched on the same day as order they took longer than anticipated to arrive with you. ordered some moore drill discs and press wheel covers on line on the 27th September requesting delivery to named farm. Delivery of discs came to my office/invoice address and following 4 phone calls with different people the delivery was made 2 days later to the correct address. The delivered discs when unpacked where bent and totally useless. Contacted Agrilinc for replacements and for the faulty discs to be collected. Replacements came on one wagon and the faulty ones collected by a different wagon within an hour of each other. An attempt had been made to deliver the wheel covers, again to my office, contacted TNT to inform them of correct address - still waiting. Spoke to the Agrilinc sales office on 3 occasions to be told in a casual way that it would be sorted not one apology or quite frankly the slightest concern. Had intended to drill 100 acres at the beginning of last week which did not happen and the rain this week end past has stopped that for the foreseeable future. The only part of the process that has gone efficiently and quickly is the reciept of your invoices.
