“Prompt delivery, nicely packaged. The silver frames were so nice. I had been looking for frames at Peter Jones and they had very limited stock, pretty clunky and old-fashioned, and at an exorbitant price, presumably made of silver mined by goblins and fashioned by elves during a full moon. I just needed some silver frames that didn't look like steel, and these were nicer than I expected, including the backs, clips, etc. I also got a couple of enamel frames. They are also nice, but the taupe colour is a lot lighter than I expected from the website.”

“Bought two different size brass frames as Christmas gifts and downloaded photo for each as part of the order process. Checked products when delivered and appear to be excellent quality ( as are the photographs already fitted within the frames). I’m sure the gifts will be very well received at Christmas. Addison Ross choice of frames is excellent, website easy to navigate and order was swiftly despatched and received in perfect condition. Excellent top quality boxed products look very up market. Definitely recommend”
