“You get what you pay for. These are medium priced frames in the grand scheme of things but the finishing is superb and they just add a touch of class that cheaper frames do not. The Enamel inlay is of a very high standard and these set”

“I purchased this frame as a gift and it arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and looked to be a really good quality frame. However it had a small scratch so I called customer service and was met with an amazing response - another frame arrived the next day! The communication from order to delivery was excellent too, I was even given a 1 hour delivery slot! I couldn't be happier with both my purchase and also the service I received. I was a new customer and will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Bought 2 of the chiffon grey frames, which are beautiful, and very well made. Well packaged so no damage, and delivery was quick. Took up the offer of uploading the photos for AR to print and put into the frame, which worked very well.”

“Lovely frames but the quality of the photos were really bad and had to buy alternative photos. Customer services seemed nice but couldn't solve the problem. So very expensive in the end and I wouldn't recommend”

“Gold & White Flower Frame × 1 8 x 10 in I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase of this frame and the free print. The photo is of my wife who sadly died earlier this year and of our grandson. She was such a proud Nannie. The frame is very well made and was very well packaged. Communication from Addison Ross regarding delivery was also excellent.”

“I had some problems downloading a photo and emailed for help. I received as immediate and helpful reply - (the problem was at my end). I placed an order and received it within a few short days. The shipping and tracking information was accurate - not all companies offer this. The main thing was the product arrived beautifully packaged and was exactly what I had hoped for. I've no hesitation in recommending Addison Ross.”
