“I've bought many frames from Addison Ross, they have such a great collection and the frames are all beautiful. Easy to order and quick delivery. Last week I ordered a frame which arrived with a small scratch on the silverwork. I called to ask if it could be exchanged and the lovely woman on customer services immediately offered to replace it without question. Excellent, friendly service from a great company! Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Very quick delivery. I love my silent alarm clock. I ordered an alarm clock from Addison Ross a couple of years back but had to return it because I could hear the ticking. They said at the time they were sourcing a silent movement and lo and behold they did & I bought one! It’s beautiful too and I got it at a special price. Thank you Addison Ross ❤️”
