“My only problem was choosing which to order as there were so many lovely frames to choose from. I took advantage of the 4 for 3 offer, together with my own photographs inserted into the frames. I was delighted with all of them. The quality is outstanding for the price and they arrived beautifully packaged and delivered within 48 hours of placing the order.”

“Service was great, next day delivery including free photo print. The quality of the frame was not so good. The wooden frame marquetry design was achieved using a film laminate so not wood at all as described on the website. The film laminate at top of frame had stretched and the bent effect of the marquetry looked unconvincing. The frame was a birthday present for my son's wife so I didn't have time to return it for a better quality finished frame.”

Dear David, I'm so sorry you were not happy with your frame, we are more than happy to refund or replace your frame with a new one of your choosing. I should counter that our frames are indeed made from genuine wood and not a film laminate as you presumed, the veneer itself is a poplar veneer which we have sourced ourselves in person from our supplier of wood in San Gimignano in Italy. “Whilst doing some sorting recently I came across one of the first photos of my husband and I taken 37 years ago and decided it deserved to be on display - so I set about finding the right frame for it and discovered Addison Ross’ fabulous range - I ordered the enamel red and silver frame which arrived beautifully packaged and is perfect for this special memory - I will definitely be buying more from you in the future!”

“Good quality frame, easy order process, fast delivery. Perfect for a gift for my mum. If it were possible to see a preview of the uploaded photo in the frame that would be perfect, as I didn't realise the photo I had chosen wouldn't work well in the frame I had selected (my fault, there wasn't enough space at the top of the photo I uploaded and someone's head was hidden under the frame). If I'd been able to preview I would have realised before ordering. Otherwise, perfect process and product!”

“There was a mix up with the first delivery as the postcode was incorrect, however, after a phone call with a very pleasant member of staff this was sorted out. I was offered a new delivery date to suit me and the product was delivered on the following Saturday. Really excellent customer service and nice to actually speak to a person.”
