“Arrived quickly, beautifully presented, the frame is of wonderful quality and the free print placed in the frame made the whole experience so streamlined. Looks gorgeous.”

“Very unimpressed with the quality. The frame was advertised as having a chain like detail, but in reality it’s just printed chain and very poorly printed with lots of imperfections. Definitely not the quality I was expecting from this brand.”

“The photos in the frame were of good quality. The message card is a nice touch but the website text input is by letter not by word, so the word didn't carry over to the next line, just one letter. The ordering of the pictures and the message once done can't be seen or checked at check out - therefore I presumed it was a tech failure and that it hadn't been processed. I was delighted when I opened the package for that not to have been the case. This free service is a value add that elevates Addison Ross to a preferred high-end retailer that I will definitely purchase from again and recommend to friends. Thank you. : )”

“Purchased a 6x4 silver plated photo frame with a 3cm border. We have bought identical frame previously - twice. We needed this promptly as a gift. Very swift delivery, well packaged (fortunate as packaging was torn, punctured and damaged in transit), thankfully the photo frame was intact and looks beautiful. On reflection, I suppose it was a little expensive - a seemingly identical frame also by Addison Ross available on Amazon for less than half the cost but with a 5 week delay in delivery. Very pleased with our purchase and experience.”
