“Delighted with the replacement frame. Despite superb packaging, sadly the first one was damaged (glass broken) but replaced without any fuss whatsoever. Superb service, and I can now display with pride a photograph of my young grandson who I haven’t seen in the flesh for 5 months now due to the pandemic restrictions. Great product.”

“This purchase was a Birthday gift and to be able to upload a photo, have it printed free and deliver direct to recipient was perfect! The frame was extremely good quality and the enamel insert complemented the frame perfectly. The frame was beautifully packaged too. I paid to have tracked next day delivery and again a first class service. Thank you Addison Ross for making a lockdown Birthday that extra bit special! I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.”
