“Although the item fits I felt it rather pricey and took far too long to arrive.”

“I have had several Addis washing baskets over many years two bit the dust a few months ago so ordered three used them for a few weeks when one split by the handle so contacted Addis who sent a replacement they seem a bit flimsy so will have to careful with them I still have two baskets I have had in constant use for forty years and are still going strong I don't think these new ones will last forty months let alone forty years therefore a bit disappointed with quality.”

Hi, Sorry you received no communication regarding your order. Email confirmations and dispatch emails with tracking are an automated process and usually will go through fine as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout. “Whilst the goods were of an acceptable quality the service on the order was not. I was not informed when the items were to be delivered or by whom. They came in two separate parcels and the packaging on the second one came torn with holes in it. When I phoned to find out what was happening after the first delivery I was informed that there wasn't anyone in who could help and I would have to try phoning the next day. In the end I sent an email but received no response until after the second package arrived once again without warning.”

Hi Sandra, I apologise that you had a negative experience with Addis. Our dispatch and tracking emails are automated and as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout these should have been received without issue. I apologise that this wasn't the case for you. “Product as described. Unfortunately one item was damaged and I couldn't get a screenshot of it to attached, therefore was unable to get a replacement/refund. Not very trusting.”

Our company policy is to repair/replace once proof of purchase and photo of the issue is provided, so in this instance we would just need a photo of the issue as your order was placed on our website so we already have your proof of purchase. “The Addis sink drainer is ok.. however, we were hoping for a slightly thicker metal/cover frame, which we had previously, but not sure it was 'Addis'. We shall continue to use this drainer but will keep an eye out for something slightly more solid with the exact same shape. By the way the package when delivered was crushed completely but the drainer ok, just missing a 'foot' on one of the corners.”

“The addis super dry plus mop was excellent but the so called steel scourer rusted within a couple of days and I had to throw it out. It was totally useless.”

“Shame have to pay for returns osnt realise , wasn't worth to return an item that i order wrong size in error. Would definitely avoid buying from you again in future. Most other companies I've used can return at drop off point with no cost”

“The small brush is excellent. The dish drainer is not as good as the model it has replaced. It doesn't have enough space to hold a large cooking utensils, a standard mug for tea/coffee and not many of plates are supported by the rack section.”

“I am happy with the products I ordered but it took a week to acknowledge my online order, another week before I received a link to track my parcel (no acknowledgement of despatch), and another three days before it arrived. “Washing up brush from Addis is strong and well shaped. Previous purchase of Addis washing up bowl and bucket also strong, durable, good size and well-shaped. Only item I would not buy again from Addis is kitchen caddy waste bags. They are flimsy. In detaching one from the next it is very easy to rip them so they end up with a hole in the bottom.”
