“Addis floor mop is easy to use but leaves the floor a bit wet as the wringing mechanism is not very good. Nowhere near as good as my old mop which had worn out.”

“Communication good, when I asked questions, they were answered within 3 days. Picking - awful. The box of an under sink rack was covered in dust and both seals were open, also rendered untuck by dirt. Haven't used the rack yet, this is purely about my first interaction with the company.”

“The bin lid I purchased is very good. The reason for buying it was because the little plastic catches that keep the lid closed kept breaking. You used to supply the catches free but the last time I tried to get some you asked for proof of purchase of a bin. I have had the bin for well over ten years and don't have the receipt and haven't a clue where I bought it. I love the bin and can't find one better to replace it. The little catches are the only weak link or else it would be a perfect bin.”

“Placed order with extra information in the appropriate box on Order form. That was not read or ignored and so wrong goods sent out. A bit annoying however a very fast response from message to customer services and all now resolved”

“the Addis pouring hole is not big enough for Oatibic flakes to pour out from. It is ok for pouring porridge oats. fortunately, I have been able to swop my porridge into the Addis cereal box. Quality fine.”

“After only a couple of weeks the bottle deteriorated so badly I couldn’t use it so I ordered 6 replacement bottles of which two of them had a washer missing so leak product out making them useless”

“Ordered a replacement mop bottle. Took a week to be delivered and was posted in a Jiffy bag and this was all ripped when delivered. Luckily no damage but not impressed with the packaging.”

“I bought the Addis shirtmaster ironing board cover. It fits the shape of the board fine but the pullcord isn't great and the cover is loose on the long sides. No other product available that I could find to fit the board shape, so I'll stick with it. Just wish Addis would provide a better fitting product than this.”
