“Always good quality plastics used in their products. Only just replaced ours after 15 years of continuous use. Easy to order on website. Very speedy delivery with constant updates on delivery process. Excellent.”

“Price fair. Products decent quality. Delivery arrangements fine. Only problem was that the grey colour was darker in the flesh than appeared on the website. Darker than we wanted which was unfortunate but not catastrophic.”

“Excellent closed plastic dustpans, one for inside, one for outside, soft and hard brushes for them, and also some kitchen items for the drainer and bowl etc. Just excellent, great company, great service and a long term British company. Could not be happier, and glad to support the UK by buying from you.”

“I wanted a replacement lid for my perfectly good kitchen bin. It is so good that you can buy the lids or bases seperately rather than having to rebuy the whole thing . Much better to have less plastic waste out there. The best price was direct from Addis and then I was also sure it is the right fit. It is exactly what I wanted this time.”

“The brush ordered was not in the delivery box, The caddy was the wrong colour , it was blue not grey ,over a week to deliver and only after I sent an e-mail. Decided to buy the missing brush and wrong colour caddy on Amazon. Overall , very poor”

“Some of my Addis items are 20 or more years old and still favorite utilitarian items. My new items are still good design and appear to be the same robust quality - dandy :-)”
