😪 there was only disappointment for our son and ourselves when we couldn't purchase your product we ordered...as you don't ship to Canada.

Purchased the hot wheels car bed for my 2 year old son last week. Upon opening noticed one of the bed parts had a massive split all the way down the plastic, which probably wasn't helped by the fact there was one delivery driver who struggled to carry the heavy box. Called the website and they arranged for a collection and refund for the day after. Waited in all day and all night as the delivery service don't give any expected time. No one showed up to collect. As it's been the weekend now I've been stuck with a huge box with a broken bed I cannot use, and no refund as the store won't even begin to process my refund until the bed is back....which will be god knows when. I normally order from Argos however saw the bed for £30 less on here, I will be ordering from Argos not risking this again. Also the state the box was in was just awful, looks like it was a return. No packaging around frame or anything protecting it, just dumped in the box.

Order placed. Money taken out of my account 9 days ago and nothing. No confirmation of my purchase and no sign of the swing set I ordered. Waiting for a reply to my email. Not impressed at all given that my grand daughters birthday is in 4 days time.

Unfortunately we have had a disappointing experience. Spent over £600 with this company. The climbing frame was missing parts upon delivery which we are still awaiting for. Extremely poor quality on the play house with split wood and nails stuck out. Having to return both. Waste of time ordering from them.

credit card charged twice. luckily I found out before my statement was sent otherwise I would have had to pay twice for 1 order. amount refunded but no apology or any explanation as to how my credit card was charged twice. no issues with order or delivery but due to the issues with the incorrect charge being put through and lack of apology or explanation I could not recommend

Received my order in time for the weekend as planned only to find several pieces missing. 18 to be precise! ATD contacted Plum who said there’s an addendum to the instructions so it turned out I only had 9 pieces missing - not as bad I suppose! Almost three weeks on I still don’t have the missing pieces and after several calls it turns out Parcelforce attempted delivery and left a calling card - turns out to the incorrect address! I’ve made a number of calls, only ever been updated when I call and I still don’t have my three year olds birthday present. I’m sure it’ll get sorted out but I’m over this now and so are the kids! Underwhelmed.

The item is all scratched and does not look as same as picture it’s very poor quality. I be happy if money can be refunded for faulty item

Delivery have let you down waited in the arranged day and no delivery. Then waited in again the next day. Very disappointed as it was a gift for grand children

We're terribly sorry for the disappointment caused by the issues with your item. Our courier lost the item in transit and did not inform us so we were unaware of the issues until it was too late to help out. Once again we apologise for this, and we have since refunded your order as discussed.

Slide did not arrive with order, a lot of wood that did arrive is badly damaged. Slide arrived, is faulty. Told new wood would arrive 2 days ago. Still waiting

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The wrong delivery address was entered when placing the order and thus the item was delivered to the wrong address. This item is being scheduled for re-delivery to the correct address as soon as possible.

The delivery company you used are so rude and I have a sick child and when I rang you customer service they put the phone down because I laughed I expect a call as soon as possible from the manager

I waited in all day on Friday for my order to arrive, it never arrived.. This was a birthday present for my granddaughter whose birthday was on Saturday. Very disappointed I sent an email and I am waiting for an explanation. I work Monday to Thursday long days so it will take another week for this to be delivered.

We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the item being delayed. This was due to an issue with our courier which meant they couldn't deliver it to you on Friday unfortunately. We have arranged to hold this item for you and get this back out to you this Friday, and have upgraded the service to an AM delivery to ensure you don't have to wait in all day. Once again we are very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience.
