I spent nearly £300 on the Strp2 Roller coaster and extention kit for my toddler's birthday. It ruined the day when we opened the box to find it wasn't safe to ride. The pieces did not fit together and it it clearly been sent back before. It looked scratched and used.
I have tried to return but have received no response to the video and pictures weeks after they were sent. It is very upsetting for my child and I can't believe that such high cost products would be sent in this state.
