“Prompt delivery - but the slide proved very difficult to install on an existing TP frame. The fit of they parts was poor. The horizontal bar had been provided with incorrect hexagonal nuts that did not self tighten instead of the correct square ones”

“Purchased the waterfall wall, and two extra packs of cups, spinning wheeels etc am a childminder this is educational and so much fun age ranges 2 to 10 surprised at how much the older children loved it. Fast next day delivery and curtious and knowledgable customer service staff.”

“I recently had an endless problem with a company the doesn't "care" for "mothers". Trying to get our climbing frame. After 6 weeks I was still no closer to having the product I wanted. So I went to Activity Toys Direct and 2 days later my garage was full of all the parts for the climbing frame. Great service, quick delivery and above all responsive to messages.”

“Attracted by competitive price and free next day delivery. But the delivery didn't work out - one of four boxes not delivered. Promised to have the missing item shipped via AM delivery for the next day. No sign of the item, nobody answering phones at Activity Toys Direct (perhaps understandable given it is the weekend) or Tufnells. Not sure who is responsible but it has been a very disappointing experience and I'll be interested to see if /when the missing item finally arrives...”

“Quick delivery, great price and excellent, high quality trampoline. Very easy to assemble - took about 4 hours. Only complaint was the boxes it all came in were bashed and torn upon arrival”

“The customer service is brilliant. I requested the wrong delivery date so I used Activity email address to change it for another date. Beth was brilliant and reset the date and got back to me within a few hours of receiving my email to confirm. Many thanks”

“We did not receive our goods on next day delivery as promised and no contact was made to tell us so we waited in all day then I complained and they promised it would be the next day so we waited in again eventually they turned up three days late. No apology from you.”
