“Husband built this by himself, no issues at all. Grandchildren love their swing set. As it is situated on grass extra stakes were required to ensure no movement and extra stability. Excellent value for money.”

“Do not order from this company! I reported faulty parts on 1st April and literally waited 6 weeks to receive the replacement slide. Good could not be assembled as we had a faulty part which they had drilled in the wrong place. The customer service is horrendous. They do not respond at all. Avoid at all costs! You will be left with items you cannot use. I did not receive my replacement part until 84 days after I reported it as faulty! 12 weeks for a part to come is ridiculous and totally unacceptable even taking the covid situation into account! This was a birthday gift for my children and could not be assembled until 4 months after I received it due to this shambles of a company!”
