“Brought a Berg Go Kart for our youngest ninth birthday. Had a problem with a screw and the steering column. Contacted Activity Toys Direct Gary and Stef were brilliant could not be more helpful, really friendly and Stef kept us up to date with the redelivery. Arranged for the original frame to be collected and ensured a new frame was sent to us the next day so able to give this to our child for their birthday. Excellent after sale service. Definitely recommend buying from them.”

“I am always sceptical of parting with cash with online companies that I haven't had experience with before. I did a quick search for reviews before hand and all came back very positive. I called the number on the website and a lovely lady answered and provided all the answers to my questions. The go-kart we bought was a limited edition which I hadn't seen advertised on the other sites I compared against and the price was as low as all other non-limited edition karts I found on other sites. I placed the order on Thursday morning and it arrived as described the following day. The product was in perfect condition, no scratches, no dents etc... Too bad it's raining for the next 12 months. Very happy customer. Will not hesitate to use them again. Milton Keynes.”

“Terrible customer service. I definitely will not recommend you buy anything on this website. You get same items better prices in a place like amazon free delivery free returns and no complications. I am very dessapointed with tour customer service you just lost a customer”

“I bought the Berg Buzzy Bloom and it is absolutely fantastic. My three year old cannot ride a bike, but she got straight on this and rode it with ease. Money well spent there.”

“After swing was built to the instructions, the swing rocks from side to side and is not safe in our opinion, i have an ongoing complaint with active toys direct, definitely would not buy another one.”
