“Christmas present for my 4 year old granddaughter ,a desk and easel. Really pleased, they are quite robust and her baby sister having fun with them as well. I think I should have bought 2 desks !!”

“I ordered my item as it was listed as next day delivery but I had to wait 5 days for this to arrive (main Xmas gift for my son which arrived late Xmas eve) I am thank til it turned up and do appreciate it is a busy period. A warning would have been nice to inform there may be a delay! When we unpacked the item on Xmas day the box was beaten a bit and a wooden cover for play table was broken. As you can appreciate we couldn’t return the item or this would ruin the magic of Xmas.”

We dispatched your item on the 20th of December for delivery on the 21st and were not aware of any additional delays with the courier - unfortunately these delays are beyond our control, but we apologise for the inconvenience and worry that this caused leading up to Christmas. “Although order and delivery were good, the product came with no holes for the screws as we discovered 11 o clock Xmas eve trying to put together, was a nightmare but too late to return, so product was very poor.”

“The order arrived promptly although the delivery company sent incorrect information about the delivery date. The product was complete and box in good condition. We did have an issue with assembly as one of the metal axle pieces had not been cut properly, leaving ends that were too wide for the corresponding fittings. We did manage to force the axle through after some time and although this shaved off some of the plastic from the Thomas ride-on, it does seem to work properly.”

“It looks very good, but I haven't put it up yet. One irritation is that the sales blurb implies that there is an anchor and that is all that is required. The instructions then say the anchor must be concreted in. The anchor looks fairly inadequate without concrete but there are much better ones on the market.”

“Service was great but box arrived badly split and had been taped up by delivery firm who advised me that it was delivered to them in that state. They had taped it up and I was advised by delivery man to check that contents were all there.”
