“The order arrived promptly although the delivery company sent incorrect information about the delivery date. The product was complete and box in good condition. We did have an issue with assembly as one of the metal axle pieces had not been cut properly, leaving ends that were too wide for the corresponding fittings. We did manage to force the axle through after some time and although this shaved off some of the plastic from the Thomas ride-on, it does seem to work properly.”

“It looks very good, but I haven't put it up yet. One irritation is that the sales blurb implies that there is an anchor and that is all that is required. The instructions then say the anchor must be concreted in. The anchor looks fairly inadequate without concrete but there are much better ones on the market.”

“Service was great but box arrived badly split and had been taped up by delivery firm who advised me that it was delivered to them in that state. They had taped it up and I was advised by delivery man to check that contents were all there.”

“This was bought for Christmas so we have yet to put it up. I was disappointed though that the price went up from £179 to £229 before I could purchase the swing only to find out that 10 days later it had been reduced again back to the original price of £179. How unfair is that.”

“Very quick delivery, although the delivery driver left the item at the bottom of our steps not at the front door, my mum was required to lift the item into the house on her own whilst looking after my 1 year old son. I do not think this is right as surely the delivery should be to the actual door! I cannot comment on the actual item as it is a Christmas present so we have not owned the packaging yet.”

“Easy to use website and delivery prompt as advertised. Excellent service. With regard to the product, the garden swing is a Christmas gift and it may be Spring before it is erected and in use. It does, nevertheless, appear to be made up of solid components. I would not hesitate to use Activity Toys Direct again and indeed, to recommend them to friends and family”

“Order was delivered on time. All parts came at once and were conveniently left in the safe place as requested. The Plum Discovery Woodland Treehouse is absolutely amazing! It was super easy to put together and my husband on his own achieved it in well under stated 4 hours. Some of the wood is rough but I think this is just the type of finish and I couldn't expect more. Overall it looks very sturdy and will last our kids years! We will be doing some small modifications i.e. adding climbing grips on the ramp, some mesh around the platform, shade, sandpit at the bottom etc- the layout of this playset allows for so much customisation! We're wrapping the slide and accessories to go under the Christmas tree and can't wait to let the little people explore it!!!”
