“Straight forward enough to build. Some screws didn't take hold to the wood as they were not quite long enough or didn't catch the grain of the wood”

“We chose this company over many even though it was more expensive than others as they cater for exactly what we expected. However, the package arrived (on time) and we put it aside until the night before my sons birthday when we attempted to build it for him to wake up to. Unfortunately, all of the washers we required were the incorrect size so had to wait until our local hardware shop opened to buy the correct ones. Once purchased, we again made an attempt to build it that evening. Again our attempts were thwarted as one of the ‘T-Bolts’ began to cross thread and Rip the wood apart in the process. Again now, having wait until the next day to buy a new bolt. We have now, eventually built the swing to a safe manner but we’re extremely annoyed that for the price we paid the quality of packing and parts was awful and we couldn’t simply phone someone to explain what was occurring. Everything has to be done via email so could potentially have taken days to receive needed replacement parts. Will not be using this company again, will buy from a company I can wholeheartedly trust”

“The Berg go kart I ordered is excellent quality and my Son is delighted with it. The delivery was a day later than requested but regardless was still quick and, unlike other companies I tried to order from, Activities Toys Direct stuck to their free delivery promise rather than trying to add a massive surcharge just because I live on the North West Coast of Scotland which is very much appreciated. I would definitely use Activity Toys Direct again and will recommend to others Kind regards Fiona”

“I placed my order on Wednesday 25th of April and the discovery woodland treehouse and giant wooden sandpit arrived the next day!!!!! I live in the North West highlands of Scotland and I had tried to place an order for the same items with 3 other companies which all refused to deliver to my address. I placed my order with Activity toys direct and was stunned when I received confirmation that my order was accepted and the despatched. Not only that but Activity toys direct supplied it £100 cheaper than their competitors!!! It is now installed in our nursery garden and the children LOVE it. Thank you Activity toys direct!!!”
