We're terribly sorry for the disappointment caused by the issues with your item. Our courier lost the item in transit and did not inform us so we were unaware of the issues until it was too late to help out. Once again we apologise for this, and we have since refunded your order as discussed.

“Re; Purchase of Plum Wooden Growing Swing Set This came the next day with free delivery. But the 16 washers to attach the swing legs were the wrong size. Thy should have been M8 size but they were in fact M6 size. We replaced the correct washers ourselves as the cost was minimal but I was not impressed!..”

“Really impressed speed of service. The Plum trampoline arrived within the time given and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the courier. Usually heavy items tend to get bashed around in transit but considering the weight of the boxes it had obviously been carefully handled. Unpacked and constructed in an afternoon (instructions say 2 adults 2 hours but with one adult and two excited children it took a bit longer). The free ladder is welcome bonus. Thanks”

“We found this solid and easy to put together and the children are getting a lot of fun from this. However we felt that as this was for children from the age of 3 it would be better if safety bars were supplied to stop them falling over the sides, this would be for the sides without the slide and ladders. Otherwise all round an ideal toy.”
