“Part of the swing was missing and the holes were all out of line. Very disappointed. Tried to call and offices were closed. A very expensive birthday present which has not lived up to expectations.”

“Order by 3pm to get Next Day Delivery!! You have to be kidding.. I ordered by 11 am for Thursday delivery. Waited in all day along with my son in shifts. Nothing arrived. at 4.30 pm I started speaking to TNT who said it was definitely out for delivery. Then I was told that one driver had transferred the item to another as he was worried he wouldn't be able to get there on time. Then I was told that neither driver had it! Then that the depot did not have it either!! I was phoned twice by TNT on my way home and reassured that if the item did not arrive on Thursday it would definitely arrive on Saturday. I said it was an item I had specifically ordered for my grandchildren for Easter Sunday and I was incredibly upset that it had not arrived as promised. Saturday morning I phoned TNT and was told that yes it was out for delivery that morning. But then oh no it was actually not on the delivery van but in a sealed delivery van to be brought out on Tuesday!! When I pointed out that I would be at work on Tuesday not at home and it would be to late because I needed it for Sunday they said there was nothing they could do. I then phoned the TNT depot and spoke to someone there who again said there was nothing he could do. Can you imagine how furious I was by now???!!!! Eventually he phoned me back after I had given up all hope and told me that he had asked a driver to deliver to me on Saturday after all. However, despite the fact they did deliver as promised the amount of time and effort I had spent trying to extract this and the amount of money on phone calls and the sheer anxiety of the whole thing left me feeling I was lucky not to have suffered a stroke!! I would not recommend buying anything from Activity Toys Direct unless they change their courier. It was a horrendous experience and one I would definitely never do again!!”
