“Purchased the Plum Climbing Cube Wooden Play Centre. Activity Toys Direct were excellent. They delivered the items (7 Packages) the next day as promised and the delivery man kindly carried the packages to our back garden. The only issue is that you are not given a delivery slot so you need to be prepared to wait all day. The climbing frame itself was well packed. The packaging was weather proof and the wood was tied together very well. All the wood was numbered and predrilled which made construction fairly straightforward. There were only a few bits that needed to be drilled. An electric screwdriver is a must for building the climbing frame otherwise construction would have taken significantly longer and been a lot more difficult. The climbing frame feels sturdy without the need for anchors. Our kids are aged 2 and 5. Our twin 5 year olds mastered the rock climbing wall very quickly and even the 2 year old has managed to use the ladder and slid on his own. Very happy with the purchase, the seller and delivery.”

“When looking for the item we purchased (child swing), we found they were the cheapest place around - even cheaper than the company that manufactures them. Delivery was very prompt and within time they stated. Good service. Not yet unpacked the swing as its present of later in the month.”

“Arrived on time. Having built it we found some of the wood to be a little damaged - only time will tell if it's OK. On the whole it is very sturdy.”

“bought this for my 2 grandchildren ,looks good and hopefully is sturdy and will last years but must admit I am disappointed the wood has not been treated or painted for the money as this is not a cheap swing (Kingswood triple swing)”

“The online purchase was straight forward and delivery was very prompt. I purchased an eight foot Plum Whirlwind trampoline which was I put together in a little over 2hrs, if it weren't for some input from my 6yr old daughter I may have managed the job a little quicker. It would have been easier for two people but being a single dad like me, you'll manage fine. I would recommend Activity Toys Direct”

“Product good, price very fair. Would give 5 stars if; bolts had domed nuts so that kids can't cut themselves and if a courier was chosen who gave delivery updates. Hope the feedback is appropriately received :-)”
