“There were a few design flaws and mislabelling of pieces, and my order came on two days as the slide ended up on another route by accident (not sure who is at fault here) but the delivery was extremely quick, the instructions plain and clear and the products themselves are beautiful.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a swing, play house and activity table to be delivered directly to my Grandaughter's house due to the new self isolation rules. Everything arrived within two days in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Apparently she spends all day playing with them which will help keep her busy while she is confined to the house and garden, thank you.”

“bought this playhouse for my 17 month granddaughter, minute she saw it in the garden, made straight for it saying hou. Immediately had to try out the bell which she loves, that and her own 'cellphone'. It was erected two days and she hasn't stopped playing in it. definitely money well spent.”

“Love it now it's finished but took much longer to build as some of the printed numbers were wrong (didnt exist) & screws were labled up wrong!! One piece of wood had to have an inch cut off as it was too long, which we were scared to do incase it was the wrong decision. All ended well tho.”

“Fantastic service from Activity Toys Direct. The staff I spoke to were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to advise us on what we were after, a trampoline. The product (by Exit) is great quality and was easy to assemble. Delivery was next day and faster than we expected. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Great swing set. It came the next day as promised. Although part of the order went missing in transit, Activity Toys Direct immediately rectified this and ensured that the missing part was sent again - and it arrived the following morning before 9am, in time for my daughter’s birthday. High quality product, already had hours and hours of play out of it.”

“Children's play tower was delivered within day's while some instructions were incorrect in the assembly they were proactive and contacted me before delivery with corrections. Was damage to slide but was replaced within day's. My granddaughter loves it calls it her Pak she is only 19 months and as she grows have no hesitation in ordering again. SM”

“The item we purchased is sturdy and my daughter loves it. Although not all the wood items have been cut to the best as they’re obviously manufactured in a factory, some pieces don’t fit perfectly. But overall it is great quality. My major negative would be the delivery driver. Loaded it off his van, left it on my door step. When I said could he help me move it into the garden as can’t be left on the door step (too heavy for me to lift on my own), he said “No I can’t sorry” then walked to his van. No conversation or helpfulness at all. I then sarcastically said “well thanks for your help” and the driver said you are welcome and drove off. Poor customer service to be honest on that part. If you are not willing to put it where the customer asks you should make us aware you’ll be dropping it at the step so I could have arranged someone to help me.”

“The mud kitchen itself is great, but unfortunately lots of the parts were the wrong size and predrilled holes weren’t in the right places. We spaced out some of the wood to allow for the planks that weren’t big enough. It’s not ideal especially for the price we paid.”
