“I only found activity toys direct through a google search for the item I was looking for and as they were the cheapest I took a gamble on a company that I hadn’t come across before. The service was first class. The delivery was next day, even in the current lockdown. I won’t hesitate to use the company again.”

“Received very quickly. Very easy to put together. My wife is a childminder and the kids love this, kne of the best purchases ever. Keeps children of all ages happy for hours. Can be used indoors as well as out.”

“We had a problem with an ill fitting extension pack for the kids rollercoaster but the way in which the customer service department dealt with it was probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in memory. From helpful and friendly staff when calling them up to very prompt call backs and email responses. Also the replacement unit and pick were both surprisingly prompt. I work in the service industry so to actually make a customer feel that their issue is a concern and not a hassle because the customer is an idiot is a real achievement and disappointingly rare. Well done and top marks”

“Waited over 2 weeks for desk to arrive, arrived after Xmas which was very disappointing as delivery was told 3/5 working days not 2 weeks! When desk finally arrived there was missing screws!!! Total waste of time and desk is cheap quality wasn’t worth the money”

Good Morning, We offer a next day delivery service, however you ordered after our last delivery date at Christmas when the couriers were no longer doing collections, this was stated on the website and you selected 5th January delivery. We are sorry to hear of the missing screw and sent this to you as soon as we found out which screw was required. Many apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“This is my 3rd purchase for roller coster. I first bought it for my kids and they had a brillant time on it. Easy to join and take off indoor or outdoors. I then purchased it twice for gifts as it’s well worth it and if you have a few children or play dates this is super fun. Ayesha”

“I bought the step2 up and down rollercoaster for my Grandaughter for Christmas and she loves it, as does everyone who has seen it. only was the service and delivery excellent the price was the cheapest I found online. Will definitely buy from Activity Toys Direct again.”

“Box arrived wet and beaten. Didn't take long to build but noticed a major part missing which meant my son couldn't play with this on Xmas day. Had to order the replacement part directly from the manufacturer. Pretty disappointed.”

“I got a Step 2, push along car for my grandson and came to assemble it to find the bolt and not was missing and the hole was not even drilled. Very poor quality assurance from step 2, would not contemplate using them again. Contacted the seller activitytoysdirect and still no response 7 days on. Meant I had to procure a special bolt and drill the hole myself. A lot of hassle to be ready for Christmas, very unhappy.”
