“We were originally bought an afternoon tea for Christmas and we exchanged this for a nicer afternoon tea more local to us and it was lovely. Nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Good selection of teas”

“Had a few issues regarding my purchases & needed some help with an exchange due to location & were unable to find a place nearby for my chosen gift for my mum but the customer services team were excellent with sorting out an exchange for me & even told us there personal experiences with the new choice in experience we had chosen & how we would love it!
